Yes, I really do and I am not afraid to say so. Our Los Angeles Police Chief Bratton’s no bullshit attitude really appeals to me.

His latest kudos are for his comments regarding the paparazzi inaugural meeting of a task force of elected officials, law enforcement leaders and others investigating ways to regulate what they described as an aggressive new breed of tabloid photographers.

“If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes, Paris is out of town and not bothering anybody anymore, thank God, and evidently Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don’t seem to have much of an issue,” Bratton told a reporter for KNBC-TV Channel 4.

Here here Chief Bratton.

It’s a crock and a waste of time if you ask me. City official’s time could be better spent on figuring out a way to curb Los Angeles’ gang problem or maybe our homeless crisis WITHOUT penalizing its law abiding citizens by imposing new taxes. I’m just saying.

All of the celebrities that took the time to show up at City Hall for this meeting could have just sent a check to one of the local homeless shelters in downtown Los Angeles. I’m just saying.

Or better yet, the city officials interested in regulating aggressive photographers could have saved taxpayer dollars by just calling a press conference and pleading with the public to just stop watching shows like TMZ, Access Hollywood, and Entertainment Tonight and to just put down the tabloid magazines. I’m just saying.

I mean at the end of the day when you get right down to the heart of the issue, the photographers only have a job because we the public are obsessed with the every move of celebrities like Amy Winehouse, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and that perpetrating lesbian Lindsay Lohan.

I’m just saying.
