Cb1Due to a lack of funding, the last hospice and 24-hour nursing facility dedicated to AIDS patients in Los Angeles County is closing its doors.

The news that AIDS hospice, the Carl Bean House is going to have to close its doors is frustrating and disappointing, but not surprising.

Keith Boykin recently asked the question, "Is it time for Blacks to act up?"

Hell yeah it has long been time.  The closing of the Carl Bean House is a perfect example of money trumps human life, yours and mine.

Los Angeles should be ashamed of itself for allowing this facility to dbe shutdown due to a lack of funds.

Am I the only one that finds this upsetting?
